Global Sinhala Dhamma Discussion Series (Teleconference): 39th Meeting (Aug 9, 2008)

Dear friends of Dhamma,

We are pleased to inform you that we will be commencing the Global Sinhala Dhamma Discussion Series for the year 2008/09 on Saturday, August 9, 2008.

The teleconference coming Saturday, August 9, 2008, 7:00PM-9:00PM (EST), will be moderated and led by Ven. Y. Sankichcha from Great Lakes Buddhist Vihara, MI, USA.

This Dhamma Discussion will be based on Vyagghapajja (Dighajanu) Sutta — "Conditions of Welfare: the Buddha's instructions for householders on how to preserve and increase wealth and happiness, in both the mundane and spiritual senses".
