Inaugural Meeting (Aug 4, 2007)
Inaugural Meeting of our Sinhala Dhamma Discussion (Teleconference) was a great success with participants from a number places in North America. Many thanks to those who attended it. The dhamma discussion was led by Ven. B. Muditha of Great Lakes Buddhist Vihara. There were a number of other venerable monks joined the discussion from Chicago (IL) and Mankato (MN), as well.

I joined the first meeting as a listener. It was really a nice discussion covering a range of topics. This meeting got me started thinking about some of the fundamental questions raised in the discussion. I am looking forward to joining the group at the second meeting.
